Our Website Design Process

Initial 15-60 Minute Meeting
We get together, correspond via email, or talk on the phone. Depending on complexity, 15-60 minutes of your time. We discuss your needs and we ask the right questions. Based on what you are looking for, we will build you a custom wireframe / organizational tree of your website and lay out all the pricing options & optional upgrades (like hosting explained next).

Hosting
In order for a website to be on the internet, it needs web hosting. We can have you set up in minutes. If you don't have a domain name (yourname.com) we can help with that too. Once your hosting is set-up we will create you a FREE custom "splash page" (a simple 1-page website with logo & contact info only) while we work on the REAL website. Our hosting packages also have email hosting so you can begin using your new email address (you@yourname.com) right away.

The Home Page
The design process all starts with the home page. Nailing down a structure and look early on is very important. We will send you a temporary home address on our servers. You can track its progress online while we work on it together editing, tweeking, etc. until you are satisfied and ready for work to begin on the remaining pages. Work on the remaining pages doesn't begin until the homepage is completed and approved.

Remaining Pages
The remaining pages are subsequently worked on and proofed with you. We can work with you on any needed photography or stock imagery ideas you have in mind. If you need someone to write your site's content we can help with that too. Just like the homepage you review each page and let us know about any changes.

GO LIVE!

Once completed and final payment is made, website goes live immediately! If you will be wanting to update the website yourself our Website Editor will also be set-up enabling you to edit your site immediately!

What website level am I? I cannot tell

No problem, simply contact us. Let us know what you are trying to do and we can give you a ballpark price.

Can I have matching email address with my website address?

Yes of course. We can get your domain name, email, and web hosting up and running in literally minutes. We offer a VERY simple to use control panal interface allowing you to log-in anywhere and admin your site's email addresses, check your website's traffic & statistics, check your email, etc. We also offer a CMS Website Editor built into your hosting enabling you edit your site's content.

I need some site features I am not seeing listed, that ok?

Most of the time yes. We can implement or embed just about script to do what you are looking for. We have some good examples of video and flash on our media page.

Once website is complete. Can I make changes to it?

Yes you can. We offer an extremely easy to use Website Editor built right into your website! NO html knowledge and no software is needed. Its all "in the cloud",technically, It's built-into your hosting so it only works using the web & email hosting we offer. If you need to transfer your website to us we can help and get everything moved over at no additional charge. We are also working on training videos to help ALL of our Site Editors out there so stay tuned!

I also need a logo and some business cards. Can you help?

The 3 biggies new businesses NEED these days. Well YES, we offer deals with any level website order. ALL logos are $500 (normally $750) for all website design clients. All website clients can also order a set of FULL COLOR qty. 1,000 gloss business cards for only $100 (normally $150). If you are interested in any of our other services we always discount additional items ordered with websites.

Photography & Stock Imagery are free with websites?

Yes they are. If you are local we are more than happy to take any needed photos for your website. Outside shots of your business, indoor shots, headshots, any products you may have, you name it. If you would rather go with some hi-quality stock images we are members of 2 very popular online stock image "houses". We can find (or photograph) some pretty strong images that can give your website a very professional look.

I only need something VERY simple, can you help?

We get it, you need a SUPER simple website with only 1-3 pages. No logo or much of anything too custom. Well, these clients will soon be in luck very soon.

We are currently developing TWO VERY SIMPLE FREE TEMPLATES to accomodate these clients. We will customize your site's colors and fonts and your website will be live within 1-2 days.

YOU will add your site's pages, content, and images using our Website Editor. You will have to pay yearly for our VERY powerful Web & Email Hosting + Website Editor but the actual page set-up is FREE. We are also working on training videos for our Website Editor tool so stay tuned for that as well!
