Whats my involvement? Can we make edits?
 Of course, we want you to be a part of the process as much as possible. We can do whatever "look" you are going for, or we can consult you on a look simply by asking you the right questions. No matter what we always put your needs at the highest priority. Our custom design process generally takes 2-3 rounds of revisions all done via email.
How long will it take?
Generally speaking about 7-10 days for most of our print products. Folders & Envelopes are 10-14 days.

Can I re-order previously ordered prints? What about edits?
Yeah, re-printing is no problem. Depending on what is needed the price will vary. If its minor text edits, we'll do it for free. You'll just have to pay the re-printing costs.
I don't see what I need. Can you handle custom orders?
On most occasions yes we can. We will look into what you are requesting and get back to you with a quote. We have made alot of good contacts in the industry and know exactly what to do in order to fulfill random orders.

How do you proof? How do we begin?
